In this study, using waxy corn starch as raw materials, phosphorus oxychloride for cross-linker , sodium tripolyphosphate and acetic anhydride for esterification agents respectively ,which perpared phosphated distarch phosphate and acetylated distarch phosphate by cross-linking and esterifying double-modified.
本研究以糯玉米淀粉为原料,以三氯氧磷为交联剂,分别以三聚磷酸钠、乙酸酐为酯化剂,对淀粉进行交联酯化复合变性,合成了磷酸化二淀粉磷酸酯和乙酰化二淀粉磷酸酯。
