Earlier this month, Christopher Lee, a married New York congressman, quickly resigned from the House after Gawker published a shirtless photo of him and an email exchange with a woman in response to her Craigslist personalad.
It happened again very publicly just last week, when Chris Lee, a family values Republican congressman from upstate New York, discovered it wasn't such a great idea to respond to a woman's Craigslist personalad by e-mailing her a photo of himself, shirtless, using his own real name but claiming he was a lobbyist (and "a very fit fun classy guy" too).
And while none of it is personal or ad hominem, I think the most important thing is that the chief justice and Justice Alito have not responded in kind.
