the cpa will process the case, reviewing the various fields for consistencies and accuracy, consolidates initial & follow-up reports, making sure clear medical information is included as reported by the investigator. ensures the information is clear and concise, with no discrepancies, performs data entry, generates queries as appropriate, reviews for quality and releases the case to therapeutic teams. the cpa will also implement and manage all qc activities after the ct sae case has been processed to ensure the case processing met all corporate standard and procedures.
