Methods: 3 patients with lymphoma ,aged more than 80 years and not accepting chemotherapy and with fundamental normal blood routine and biochemistry tests,were given Xiaoaiping 60ml+5% Glucose injection 250ml, ivgtt,qd for 16 days; Octretide Acetate 0.8mg+ physiological saline 100ml, Civ(continue intervenous) (2ml/h/48h)× 8(16 days); and Prednisone tablets 40mg( per os for 14 days).
方法:3名年龄大于80岁的老年淋巴瘤患者,不能接受化疗,血生化、血常规检查基本正常,治疗方法:消癌平60ml+5%葡萄糖液250ml,持续静脉滴注16天,奥宁0.8mg+生理盐水100ml,Civ(连续静脉泵入),(2ml/小时/48小时)×8次(16天);强的松片40mg,连续口服14天。
