Compared with CK treatment,the yield of peas in inoculated ACCC16103 increases by 30.6% and the number of pea rhizosphere bacteria increases by 117.5%. The number of rhizosphere bacteria is less than CK in flowering stage and seed pumping stage,but more than CK in mature stage and the yield of pea declines by 6.8%.
结果表明:(1)接种匹配性好的根瘤菌剂可以提高土壤中根际细菌数量与豌豆产量,接种ACCC16103根瘤菌豌豆单株产量相对不接种提高30.6%,根际细菌数量增加了117.5%,而接种ACCC16101,豌豆单株产量下降6.8%,根际细菌数量在盛花期和结荚期低于不接种,仅成熟期高于不接种。
