Objective To provide basis for nursing of patient controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA).

The patients in the experimental group used the PCIA, while the patients in the control group used the traditional analgesia.
实验组采用静脉自控镇痛法术后镇痛；对照组采用传统镇痛法术后镇痛。
The patients of PCIA group got better analgesic effects, lower sedative degree, less adverse reaction, and had greater satisfaction.
PCIA组镇痛效果较好，镇静程度较低，不良反应发生率低，病人满意率高。
