目的：探讨脾部分术切除术在胃癌根治术中应用的安全性和可行性。
Results 12 cases received simple splenorrhaphy, 16 irregular partial splenectomy and 4 cases regular partial splenectomy.
结果单纯脾修补术12例，不规则脾部分切除术16例，规则性脾部分切除术4例，均获得成功。
