This paper introduced solid phase extraction(SPE) technique in details in collecting trace organic vapour pollutants in ambient atmospheres. It also described the characteristic of SPE technique, preparing solid absorbents, packing absorbent tubes, breakthrough volume, safe sampling volume, as well as adsorption of SPE.
