Objective: To select an optimum extracting technique of Pachman and determine its content in Poria peels from different habitats.
目的：优选茯苓皮中茯苓聚糖的提取工艺，测定不同产地茯苓皮中茯苓聚糖的含量。
Method: the colorimetric method of phenol and sulfuric acid was used to determine the absorbance of Pachman. Result: 12 samples from different producing areas were determined.
方法：对来自不同产地的十二个样品进行测定，采用苯酚—硫酸法，测定茯苓聚糖吸光度。
