Open Constitution Initiative

• abstract: The Open Constitution Initiative (OCI) (), sometimes referred to in English as Gongmeng is an organization consisting of lawyers and academics in the People's Republic of China that advocates the rule of law and greater constitutional protections. It was established in 2003 by Xu Zhiyong, Teng Biao, Yu Jiang, and Zhang Xingshui from the Peking University Law School.
