Despite Internet services such as Hulu.com and Netflix, which let people watch TV shows and movies online, the town has yet to figure out how to make the Internet pay, especially when it comes to Web-only content.
But without someone taking the lead and aiming for 100% coverage of the schedule through the internet, US catch-up TV and online access will never climb much higher than the current numbers.
