On proper test condition,Dannin and Gallium became soluble colored chelate compound of Gallium and Dannin. Kao-Jiao which contained ample Dannin,active carbon was first used to extract Gallium from hydrochloric acid solutions. The separation and enrichment of Gallium was performed and the recovery was over 95%.
