Locate the left and right bleed air configuration cards. On each card, there are output low and high test buttons. Press each button and observe that the green indicator lights illuminate. Do the same for the other card. If the green lights illuminate, the cards are good. Close the cardfile and proceed to the flight compartment. In the flight compartment, confirm the switch positions of the pneumatic control panel on the P5 overhead panel. The bleed switches for the left and right engines should be off. Next prepare to start the engines. Reference to chapter 80 of the Boeing maintenance manual for procedures, warnings and cautions pertaining to engine starting.
