This training is based on the assessment, conducted by MISA, of the status of community media in the Kavango, Ohangwena, Omaheke, Karas, Caprivi and Kunene regions.
However, this year the Namibian department of water affairs announced the discovery of a significant body of underground water - an aquifer dubbed Ohangwena II - that scientists say could supply the north of the country with enough water for centuries.
The documentary features interviews with John Barnard, head of resource strategies at Devon County Council, Labour MP and former secretary of state for Children, Schools and Families, Ben Bradshaw, the MP for Exeter and Sanet Steenkamp, acting director of education for Ohangwena in North Central Namibia.
