On the basis of engineering prototypes, drawings and product samples furnished to A, both parties shall jointly establish all specifications in sufficient detail necessary for the production. The specifications shall deal with the quality of the materials used and standards of the products. The specifications, once established by both parties, shall be modified only upon mutual written agreement of both parties.
