The synthesis of Ethyl Acetate with acetaldehyde from the waste liquid from vinylon factory by Tishchenko reaction was studied, the conversion of acetaldehyde was 91.5%, the reacting selectivity was 93.0%. The extraction of acetaldehyde, of the synthesis of catalyst and of the condensation was also discussed.
