  对701名不同性别、不同家庭背景、不同专业、不同家庭月收入的高职生进行问卷调查的结果表明:(1)高职生职业动机因素结构由6个因素构成,分别是“物质报酬”、“自我决定”、“愉悦感”、“追求挑战”、“制约”、“他人评价”。
