本研究采用雄性SD大鼠,给予高脂饲料5周后以筛选肥胖易感(obesity-prone,OP)鼠和肥胖抵抗(obesity-resistant,OR)鼠。为了消除高脂饮食对血清蛋白质表达谱的影响,OP鼠和OR鼠在第5周末转成基础饲料喂饲10周。
