abstract:Ntlhoi Motsamai (born 1963) is a politician in Lesotho, and the speaker of the National Assembly of Lesotho. She is the youngest speaker in Africa, being elected to parliament in 1995 and selected to be speaker in 1999 and re-elected in 2002.
