Objective: To study the effect of TCM in preventing and treating post-visual pathway injury caused by radiotherapy (RT) for nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).

RT PCR confirmed that PROL4 gene was down expressed in NPC cell line HNE1 and NPC biopsies (42/48).
