[Abstract] Objective To explore the past and collapsible and joints, no broken wrist replantation of graft methods and efficacy. Methods 11 cases of knifed off wrist injury replantation cases were performed and retained not less than collapsible broken wrist joints for replantation, bone fractures around the joint ligaments and fascia suture in order to achieve complete anatomic reduction, blood vessels separated weeks after the extension, suturing blood vessels around the fascia organization, the blood vessel-side anastomosis to reduce tension after replantation were followed up for survival and hand function. Results 11 cases survived completely broken wrist replantation survival rate of 100%, patients were followed up 3 to 12 months, the wrist with good function. Conclusion not less collapsible to retain the integrity of joints, not graft, using fracture sutured to achieve complete anatomic reduction, blood vessels around the separation of vascular anastomosis for replantation after the extension, methods, reliable, good appearance and function of the wrist.
