The company announced 10 deals in 2012, buying Incentive Targeting, Viewdle, NikSoftware, VirusTotal, Wildfire Interactive, Sparrow, Quickoffice, Meebo, TxVia and Milk Inc.
After Google effectively killed Sparrow's apps when it purchased the company (they're still available and supported, but don't expect much future development) there was some worry about the future of NikSoftware.
