It can be said that the twists and turns development of the trust industry proved that the China's social cognitive and identity of the trust need to be deepened, at the same time there is a serious adverse environments in the internal system governance of trust industry as well as in such survive environments, the trust companies exist the embarrassing reality such as insufficient development, lack of main business and low level of risk control.
