First of all, this is absolutely a ridiculous concept and I think that it is the most narrowminded 'research' I have ever heard, not to mention how sexist and uneductaed Mr. Noer sounds.
In general germans are very narrowminded they think they are still strong enough that they can change the world, can change the climate change, can bail out all eu countries and so on.
