Tuckwell worked in the resource sector for a little more than two decades and was managing director of a company he founded named Investor Resources Ltd. in Australia back in 2002, when the ETF had its origins.
The combined company will be named Cliffs Natural Resources, and own nine iron ore facilities and more than 60 coal mines in North and South America and Australia.
