Objective: To explore the feasibility of detecting FUS-CHOP fusion gene in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues as well as its diagnostic and differential diagnostic significance for myxoid/ round cell liposarcomas (MRCLs), and to explore the possible mechanism of chromosomal translocation in MRCLs.
