  The acute toxic effect of gradeⅢ/Ⅳmyelotoxicity,nausea/vomiting in the chemo radiotherapy group(leucocytes 34.8%, blood platelet8.7%,nausea/vomiting 26.1%)were significantly higher than those in the radiotherapy group(leucocytes 8%,blood platelet 4%nausea/vomiting 2%)(P＜0.05).

  不良反应方面主要为骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐、脱发及周围神经毒性等:同期放化疗组Ⅲ/Ⅳ度白细胞下降(34.8%),血小板下降(8.7%)和单纯放疗组(8%,4%);Ⅲ+1Ⅴ度胃肠道反应同期放化疗组(26.1%)与单纯放疗组(2%),均有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。
