Objective TO review the surgical experience of sternal turnover with rectus muscle pedicle (STO-RMP) and sternal overlapping suture in the treatment of funnel chest and flat chest.

Methods 11 cases of funnel-chest deformity were treated by Sternoturnover with pedicle of abdominal rectus muscle and 9 cases were treated with preservating up and down vessel pedicle.
方法应用带腹直肌蒂胸骨翻转术治疗漏斗胸11例，带上下血管蒂胸骨翻转术治疗漏斗胸9例。
