The removal effect of polyacrylamide(PAM)from oil wastewater by organically modified bentonite has been studied. The type of adsorption isotherm curves of PAM on the two kinds of modified bentonite by cetyltrim-ethylammonium bromide(CTMAB)accord with Langmuir type.
