abstract:Minor Amendments were insignificant variation in a detail and details of an Planning permission which would not raise any new issues which would warrant the submission of a fresh Planning application.
The provisions specified in sub-paragraphs 1 and2 of the preceding paragraph shall apply to minor children on the date of the promulgation of the amendment of this Law.
