The only one attending is former rebel MinniMinnawi, the leader of a faction of the Sudan Liberation Movement (SLM) that signed up to the failed 2006 Darfur Peace Agreement.
They are accused of ethnic cleansing of the Zaghawa tribe, which is led by MinniMinnawi, a Darfuri rebel who last year withdrew from a peace agreement that had made him a presidential adviser.
