abstract:MileagePlus is the frequent flyer program of United Airlines, Copa Airlines, Copa Airlines Colombia and Aeromar. Following the 2011 merger agreement between United Airlines and Continental Airlines, United Mileage Plus was chosen to be the frequent flyer program for the combined airline.
In full-disclosure, I am a frequent United flier (almost exclusively international and in premium cabins) and a top-tier MileagePlus member and have been for quite a few years.
