After using laser induced fluorescence(LIF) detector and high voltage power to perform continuous electrophoresis separation on the improved microchip,obtained the RSD of peak height 3.8%and RSD of migration time 0.578%,which are of good reproducibility.
在改进后的微流控芯片检测平台上,利用制作出的改进型微流控芯片进行连续电泳分离实验,分别考察了片间峰高重现性和片间迁移时间重现性,由该芯片得到的分析结果中,峰高RSD平均值为3.8%,迁移时间RSD平均值为0.578%,从而有效提高了峰高重现性和迁移时间重现性。
