  At last, the proper process parameters being applied to butt weld for two kinds of thin plates (0.5mm and 0.8mm) were gained after testing and analysis of the weld bead width, penetration depth and surface morphology in bead-on-plate welding experiments. The microstructure, grain size and phase, chemical composition and mechanical properties of the butt weld joints and matrix were tested by metaloscope, X-ray diffractometer, energy spectrum, microhardness and tensile testing machines.

  采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、万能拉伸试验机、显微硬度计和能谱仪等分析测试手段检测了薄板殷钢Invar36激光对焊接头的显微组织、相组成、显微硬度、力学性能和化学成分等，并对检测结果进行了分析和讨论。
