The Merchant shall be liable to the Carrier for any loss, damage or expense resulting from such shipment.
货方应就装运此项货物所造成的任何灭失、损害或费用对承运人承担责任。
"Goods" means the whole or any part of the cargo received from the Merchant and includes any Container not supplied by or on behalf of the Carrier.
是指自货方收到的全部货物或其任何部分，并包括非由承运人或其代表提供的任何集装箱。
The Carrier shall be entitled to recover the cost of such opening, unpacking, inspection, and repacking from the Merchant.
承运人有权自货主处收回此项开箱、开包、检验及重新打包费用。
