The Reds' cause was not helped by the enforced absence of defenders Zander Diamond and Richard Foster, who, much to manager McGhee's annoyance, were sentoff in the defeat by Hamilton on Saturday.
"On Saturday, we had two players (Louis Dodds and Anthony Griffith) booked in the first half and the manager said that we had to take them off before they got sentoff, " said Grew.
