Methods: To observe the effect of Maidong medicated serum by means of MTT assay and morphology.
方法：通过MTT比色测定及形态学方法观察麦冬药物血清的作用效果。
RESULTS: the kind of animo acids in medicinal materials Maidong was similar, but the content were different from each other.
结果：不同产地麦冬所含的氨基酸种类基本一致，但含量差异较大。
