Objective: to evaluate the relationship between early treatment and prognosis of soft tissue injuries to the lower limbs associated with long bone fracture in children.
目的：探讨小儿下肢软组织损伤伴长骨干骨折早期治疗对其预后的影响。
Conclusions When the angulation of healed long bone shaft fracture at lower limbs exceeds the physical weight bearing line, the condition should be treated surgically.
结论下肢长骨干骨折后成角愈合超过生理负重线基本条件后应手术治疗为好。
