It is essential to pay sufficient attention to the process during which students are working on mathematics problems and to bring full play the important role of mathematics homework in student evaluation. Varied types of mathematics homework should be given, including general work, open and exploratory exercises, mathematics experiments, mathematical modeling, subject study to special reports; the representation of homework can be diversified by means of answers and exercises, experience of mathematics learning, little thesis, studies, experiments, investigation reports (written or oral), etc.. Homework evaluation can be either qualitative or quantitative. The evaluating process should be proactive, simple and feasible so as not to bring extra burden to students.
