Abstract: Objective: to summarize the effects of local injection treatment with 95% ethanol and dexamethasone into anterior lingual cyst.
摘要目的：观察95%无水乙醇联合地塞米松局部注射治疗舌前腺囊肿的临床疗效。
Methods: the epiglottic cyst of 10 cases were on the lingual surface of epiglottis.
方法：10例会厌囊肿，均位于会厌舌面。
Conclusion: The best procedure for anterior lingual gland cyst was surgically resection with ipsilateral or bilateral adenectomy.
结论：舌前腺囊肿以手术切除囊肿及同侧或双侧舌前腺为最佳方案且疗效确切。
