Optimal reaction conditions were: temperature 490530 ℃,WHSV 0.250.5 h-1 and system pressure 0.1 MPa. Under such conditions,45%49% light aromatics,25%28% LPG and 2.0%2.5% hydrogen could be obtained.
中试结果表明:液化石油气中烯烃含量越高,芳烃收率就越高,反应的放热效应就越大;在反应温度490~530℃、进料重时空速0.25~0.5 h-1和系统压力0.1 MPa等工艺条件下,能得到45%~49%的轻质芳烃、25%~28%的液化石油气和2.0%~2.5%的氢气。
