在毒理学中，半数致死量（median lethal dose），简称LD50（即Lethal Dose, 50'），是描述有毒物质或辐射的毒性的常用指标。按照医学主题词表（MeSH）的定义，LD50是指能杀死一半试验总体之有害物质、有毒物质或游离辐射的剂量。这测试最先由J.W. Trevan於1927年发明。
