Within the first term of this government there will be devolution to Scotland and Wales, an elected mayor in London, the removal ofthe voting powers of hereditary peers, the implementation oftheEuropeanConventiononHumanRights into UK law, a promised referendum on electoral reform and a process of devolution to English regions.
