Objective: To evaluate surgical treatment methods for preserving laryngeal function and voice reconstruction for patients with hypopharyngeal and cervical esophageal carcinoma.
目的：探讨下咽、颈段食管癌根治术患者喉功能保留与发声重建的手术方法。
Conclusions:The operation can get good voice and swallow function after laryngectomy in the patients with laryngeal carcinoma.
结论：该手术方法可使晚期喉癌患者在喉切除后用自身材料一期重建发音功能而取得较理想的效果。
