  In this paper, we study the competition ability of international container transportation of Qingdao port, Tianjin port and Dalian port around the Bohai sea region, use the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, set up an integrative index system to evaluate the competition ability of international container port based on analysis of the factor on the competition ability of international container port, use the decision-making analytical mufti-conditions method based on fuzzy optimization model to evaluate the competition ability of Qingdao port, Tianjin port, Dalian port, Shanghai port, Busan port and Kobe port, point out the gap between the three ports around the Bohai sea region from the analysis on evaluation results, give some advices to promote the competition ability of the three ports finally.

  本文以环渤海地区的青岛港、天津港和大连港的国际集装箱运输竞争力为主要研究对象,以定性和定量相结合的方法,通过对影响国际集装箱港口竞争力的因素进行分析,建立评价国际集装箱港口竞争力的指标体系,接着构建了基于模糊一致矩阵理论的多层次决策优选方法作为本文的评价模型并运用此模型对青岛港、天津港、大连港、上海港、釜山港和神户港的集装箱港口竞争力进行评价,通过对评价结果的分析,指出环渤海三港与上海港、釜山港和神户港的差距,文章最后给出了提升环渤海地区国际集装箱港口竞争力的建议。
