In order to do so thoroughly and adequately, they suggest enlisting the help of an independent attorney who has knowledgeof the local laws and conventions.
To the best of my knowledge, it is rare for politicians to appear at such conventions, even though the subject matter tends to cover a wide range of pop culture.
