Under the arrangement, Elliott will support five new directors at Hess John Krenicki, Fredric Reynolds, William Schrader, KevinMeyers and Mark Williams while adding three of its own Rodney Chase, Harvey Golub and David McManus to the board, with representation on the nominating and governance committee and the compensation committee.
