"It doesn't stop, it just doesn't stop, " said Juana Joynes, a 44-year-old who grew up in Forest Houses, the public housing complex where Lloyd was shot to death.
Ms. Joynes now lives in Concourse Village, but on Monday she came back to Morrisania to join residents past and present, religious figures and public officials at the site of Sunday's shooting.
