School-based counselling services, recommended in the Clywch report into abuse by teacher JohnOwen at a Pontypridd school, are among the recommendations.
The JohnOwen or Clywch inquiry was set up by Children's Commissioner for Wales Peter Clarke to investigate allegations of abuse by against former pupils.
"We have heard from our customers and are responding to their feedback by eliminating the monthly fee, " said JohnOwen, head of consumer services for the bank.
