Amongst the speakers were Canon Professor John Rodwell, an environmentalist from Lancaster Priory, and artist Penny Warden who created the unique Stations of the Cross at the cathedral.
The area around Lancaster is very special to John who rates the Morecambe Promenade and it views across the Bay at sunset as his favourite place in the county.
Detectives are continuing to investigate and review the cases of 21 other patients, including six others - Tracey Arden, Arnold Lancaster, Derek Weaver, William Dickson, Linda McDonagh, and John Beeley - who all subsequently died.
